For a workout with a difference, grab your sword. GYMBOX has launched a new sword fighting workout this February to coincide with the launch of the SoulcaliburV. The 40-minute workout consists of 16 sword repetitions which aim to gradually build speed, improve accuracy and condition your body. The classes run every Tuesday through February, starting at 6pm.
